the atkins building
Located at 1800 South Oak Street, the Atkins Building was the first building constructed in the University of Illinois Research Park. This 75,000 square foot multi-tenant building is situated as a gateway building to the Research Park. the john deere building
Located at 2021 South First Street in the heart of the University of Illinois Research Park, the John Deere Building is a state-of-the-art facility with 52,724 total square feet of space. The building features a two-story lobby, upscale interior and exterior finishes, and shared conference room. Located just outside the south windows are views of the Research Park’s landscaped pond and walking paths.

Located at 2100 South Oak Street, the Ameren Building is a 45,045 square foot multi-tenant building that serves as a wet/dry laboratory and office space for companies in need of both. The building has common area restrooms, a pond front location with walking paths, and park landscaping.
1907 South Fourth Street
Constructed August of 2020, 1907 South Fourth Street is a two-story 40,000 square foot commercial office building. The building is located in a park-like setting overlooking two beautifully landscaped ponds with century-old oak trees and is steps away from the State Farm Center and the I-Hotel and Conference Center.
The Mixed-Use Building
Located at 1904 South First Street, the Mixed-Use Building offers a total of 54,336 square feet of Class A office space on the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd floors, along with 6,264 square feet of retail space on the west end of the first floor along First Street. The building features a spacious break area and shared conference room on the first floor along with shared restrooms.
TDFC i
Located at 2111 South Oak Street, TDFC I was the first industrial building constructed at the Research Park. This 20,000 square foot multi-tenant building serves as a flex space option for companies in need of more than just office space. The building has common area restrooms and an overhead door for deliveries. Each space has its own exterior entrance.
1908 South First Street
Constructed in 2014, 1908 South First Street is a distinguished two-story, 40,000 square foot building that is nestled in the heart of the University of Illinois Research Park. The building features contemporary offices with upscale interior finishes and offers a shared reception area, spacious kitchen, and lounge-equipped break room.
TDFC II
Located at 2109 South Oak Street, TDFC II is a 20,075 square foot multi-tenant building that was designed to offer flexible space that accommodates office users, high-technology development, wet and dry labs, assembly and production areas, large equipment and offers easy access for shipping and receiving deliveries.
