Fox Ventures, LLC, was founded in 2002 as the investment arm of Fox Development Corporation, the developer of the University of Illinois Research Park. Fox Ventures was initially formed to provide financial support to tech startups located in the Research Park. Over the years, Fox Ventures has expanded its reach outside of the Research Park by collaborating with many notable investors and funds across the U.S. Fox Ventures primarily focuses on investments in the agriculture, engineering, food & beverage, medical device, real estate, and software/IoT industries, with a current portfolio of over 45 startups and 30 private investment funds.
