For Tenants

Tenants in the Research Park at the University of Illinois may reserve meeting space in any of the available shared conference rooms, which include the Swann conference room in the State Farm building, the Z3 conference room in the John Deere building, the Atkins building conference room, and the TDFC II Conference room.  

To reserve a room, visit Spaces, specify the room, time, and date on which you require a conference room. For larger meetings and events, there are two training rooms located in the Atkins Building, and building atrium’s, and other building common areas, which are available to tenants free of charge.

If you have any questions regarding Spaces, the process for reserving conference rooms, or to check availability and schedule events in the training rooms or common area spaces for an event, please contact Missy Adams.
