TDFC Buildings in the Research Park at the University of Illinois

As they move from developing technology concepts to producing prototyped products, and servicing clients, firms require laboratory space and light assembly/manufacturing facilities.  To meet these needs, Fox/Atkins constructed the Technology Development Fabrication CentersThese spaces are flexible and appropriate for the production stage of technology development, product assembly and lab testing. The single story buildings at 2109 South Oak Street2111 South Oak Street, 210 Hazelwood Drive, and 201 St. Mary’s Road, each contain about 20,000 square feet.  Information on space available within this building can be provided by Andrea Ruedi at 217-239-7514.
